If you successfully paid for the subscription, then you will automatically receive Weava Premium features instantly. However, sometimes failed payment attempts may still trigger the “Welcome to Weava Premium” email. This is a known problem that we are working on fixing. If this happens to you, contact our support channel whom can advise you on why your payment failed – this is usually either that your bank/credit card provider blocked the transaction or that you do not have sufficient funds on your account.

The special Weava promotion offer is primarily for existing free users. However, if you upgraded to a Weava Premium annual plan within the last 14 days, then you may still be eligible to change your subscription plan to the $12 offer (assuming the offer is still in place at the time of reading this).
